The Programme Team, under the direction of the National Programmes Manager, is responsible for carrying out the work detailed in the programme or project plan. The programme team is a group of individuals with appropriate and complementary professional, technical or specialist skills. NICE's Unique Success Factors

  • A countrywide presence with offices in all 31 districts of the country, and a functional network of volunteer the districts of the country.   • Fulfilment of multiple roles during Presidential, Parliamentary Elections, Local Government Elections, and Bye- Elections - The conduct of NICE during these processes have been non-partisan and impartial, leading to gaining public trust among MEC, government, donors, political parties, and general public, etc.;

  • NICE promotes transparency and accountability in the use of its resources, and is highly committed to both vertical and horizontal accountability;

  • NICE is recognized as an institution that strives to and promotes the use of the locally available resources through Goat Culture approach;

  • NICE always formalizes her relationships, networking by signing the signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with key stakeholders such as MEC, MHRC, etc.;

  • NICE approaches to the delivery of civic and voter education is christened uniquely, and commonly called ‘Walking with Communities’.
